Great product and quick delivery
The mits are great quality! I’ve had them a couple of months now and I use the pairs nightly on our 7 month old and they are still in great shape after many washes in a mesh bag and air drying. I use a cotton mit or a sock underneath these satin mist to make sure they stay on and that works like a charm since our daughter is on the smaller side. Highly recommend to save hair and prevent scratches for babies with itchy eczema.
We absolutely love these mittens for our baby that has eczema on his face. He scratches his face so much at night which would typically cause his eczema to worsen, however, with these gloves, his face does not get puffy or the redness does not worsen overnight. The only drawback is that the mittens are too big and there is no drawstring causing the mittens are constantly falling off. Solution - we just use string to tie the mittens to his wrist.
I purchased these silk mitts for my eczema 6 month old. They feel great, however, they don't stay on at all. The strings do not cinch up, and I realized that the description does not say it does after the fact. I just didn't realize it was there for decoration purposes. There is elastic but it it still comes off easily. Perhaps they would be good for newborns that aren't as active and don't scratch much but not for my 6 month old eczema baby. Size wise, the mitt is quite roomy so I think it would still fit my 6 month old for a few months at least. I'll try to sew it to make the wrist opening smaller and see if it helps.
Slightly large for my newborn but fits better at two months.
